Tractor Seat Plant (Ligularia gigantea)
This lush perennial with stunning large foliage is commonly known as the "tractor seat" plant due to the unusual shape of its glossy leaves. It has a distinctive tropical vibe and can be happily grown as an indoor plant. It is also great for shady style gardens, pots, containers and mass plantings. It prefers a part shade to full shade position with moist but well-draining soil. It will often produce a beautiful golden flower in summer.

WATER
Keep moist over the warmer months. Reduce watering in the cooler months and allow the plant to dry longer between watering.
NUTRIENTS
Feed with slow-release native fertiliser once every six months (refers to packaging for dosage). In the warmer months, feed once or twice with a liquid fertiliser.
