Store Manager
South Yarra


The Role

The Plant Society seeks a keen and experienced Store Manager to join our Melbourne family. As a passionate Store Manager, you will be responsible for building our store community, nurturing and mentoring our team.

In doing so you will be accountable for day to day tasks and immaculate presentation of our store. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hardworking and have an eye for detail.

This role is a full-time position, working 38-40 hours on a weekly basis.

Who we are looking for

The Plant Society admire strong, creative and passionate individuals. We seek individuals with life experiences and initiative.

You will have:

  • A passion for plants.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a retail management role.

  • A background in horticulture or design favourable however not essential.

  • A dedication to retail and ability to work autonomously.

  • Computer literacy.

  • A drive for high standards.

  • Hold flexible work hours.

  • Excellent communication skills to connect intimately with our clients and team.

Store Supervisor
South Yarra


The Role

The Plant Society seeks a keen and experienced Store Supervisor to join our Melbourne family. As a passionate Store Supervisor, you will be responsible building our store community and supporting the Store Manager.

In doing so you will be responsible for day to day tasks and immaculate presentation of our store. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hardworking and have an eye for detail.

This role is a part-time position, working up to 24 hours on a weekly basis with the opportunity for additional hours.

Plant Assistant
Collingwood & South Yarra


The Role

The Plant Society seeks a keen and enthusiastic Plant Assistant to join our Melbourne family. As a Plant Assistant, you will be responsible for genuine service across our Collingwood Flagship and South Yarra Outpost.

In doing so you will be responsible for service of the highest quality and an immense attention to detail in our stores. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hardworking and have an eye for detail.

This role is a casual position, working 3 to 12 hours on a weekly basis.

Plant Butler™
Melbourne


The Role

The Plant Society seeks a passionate and keen Plant Butler to join our Melbourne family. As Plant Butler you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining plants across our plant projects in Melbourne.

In doing so you will be responsible for day to day care and horticultural expertise across both residential and commercial spaces. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hard working and have an eye for detail.

This role is a casual position, working up to 12 hours on a weekly basis with the opportunity for additional hours.

Digital Marketing Co-ordinator
Melbourne


The Role

The Plant Society seeks a genuine Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join our family. As Digital Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for engaging and authentic marketing across Instagram, Facebook, our website and digital newsletter. Based at our Collingwood Flagship you will effortlessly coordinate marketing to encompass our Collingwood Flagship, Paddington and South Yarra Outposts.

In addition our digital media will embrace our accompanying offering of J.CHONGUE, ShopHouse Guesthouse and CornerShop Guesthouse.

In doing so you will be responsible for engaging our audience with an honest approach about all things green. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hardworking and have an eye for detail.

This role is a part-time position, working up to 20 hours on a weekly basis.

Who we are looking for

You will have:

  • A passion for flowers and plants.

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with digital marketing

  • A dedication to retail and ability to work autonomously.

  • An engagement with community both online and in person.

  • A drive for high standards.

  • Hold flexible work hours.

  • Excellent communication skills to connect intimately with our clients and team.
