Retail Supervisor
Melbourne - Part Time


The Role

The Plant Society seeks a passionate and meticulous Retail Supervisor to oversee our Melbourne Flagship Store. As Retail Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring our in-store experience is memorable to our clients and customers who visit our flagship.

In doing so you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our team, driving sales and building our community. The successful plant person will be professional, hard working and have an eye for detail.

This role is Part Time - 30hrs per week with work on weekends.

Who we are looking for

The Plant Society admire strong, creative and passionate individuals. We seek individuals with life experiences and initiative.

You will have:

  • 2 Years of experience as a retail supervisor in retail or hospitality.

  • A passion for plants.

  • A drive to push sales.

  • Hold flexible work hours and be available to work weekends.

  • Excellent communication skills to connect intimately with our customers and team.

Plant Butler
Melbourne - Casual


The Role

The Plant Society seeks a passionate and keen Plant Butler who is intuitive and can think on their feet. As Plant Butler you will be responsible for maintaining plants across our plant projects in Melbourne.

In doing so you will be responsible for the health and aesthetics of greenery in a range of commercial and residential projects. The successful plant person will be professional, hard working and have an eye for detail.

Our team regularly cross over with the various departments and the role requires shifts in retail at our Melbourne Flagship Store.

This role is casual - 15-20hrs per week.

Who we are looking for

The Plant Society admire strong, creative and passionate individuals. We seek individuals with life experiences and initiative.

You will have:

  • Experience with plants (Horticultural qualification ideal however not a must).

  • A passion for plants.

  • A drive for high standards.

  • Hold flexible work hours.

  • Excellent communication skills to connect intimately with out clients and team.

  • Hold a current drivers license and vehicle.

Plant Butler
Brisbane - Casual

In doing so you will be responsible for the health and aesthetics of greenery in a range of commercial and residential projects. The successful plant person will be professional, hard working and have an eye for detail.

This role is casual with fortnightly plant maintenance with an aim to expand the role.
