Shipping policy

The information contained within this document relates to The Plant Society online store, trading under The Plant Society PTY LTD.

• Shipping time:
  Most orders are sent within 3 days after the order is placed unless we contact you individually. 
  
  
• Shipping cost in AU :
  
  Free Delivery over $220 - Australia-Wide* excludes bulky and large heavy items, otherwise we offer standard shipping starting at $5.50.
  
  *Plants shipping - We ship to VIC, ACT, NSW, QLD. Due to quarantine restrictions, we are not allowed to ship to SA,NT, TAS, WA or International. Usually dispatch on Monday or Tuesday to keep your plants happy.  
  
  
• Shipping cost for International
  We offer international shipping on our products except plants. Please contact us for a shipping quote - hello@theplantsociety.com.au

• Shipping Method
  Courier or Australia Post
  
  Considering environmental sustainability, we will ship your order with used recycled cardboard boxes as much as possible.
  If you would prefer a new cardboard box for your delivery, please let us know.
